What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• eBay connection: when you connect eBay, eBay gives us authorization tokens, your eBay user ID and username. We never see or store your eBay password. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Snipes: the listings you schedule, your max bids, timing settings, and the results.
• Promo codes: if you buy with an affiliate's promo code or referral link, we record which code was used so we can pay that affiliate their commission. Affiliates see sales totals, not who bought.
• Affiliate applications: the name, email, links and details you submit, used only to review your application and contact you.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We store a record that you paid and the amount. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to sign you in, look up the listings you add, place the bids you schedule through eBay's official API, show you results, and confirm your purchase. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run MuscleBid: eBay (to place your bids), Stripe (payments), and our hosting and database providers. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

• Disconnect eBay at any time from your dashboard; this deletes your stored eBay tokens.
• You can also revoke MuscleBid's access in your eBay account settings.
• To delete your account and data, email us at the address below.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active. eBay tokens are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and access to production systems is restricted.
